A brand new study in china showed that women who ate mushrooms on a regular basis had a much lower incidence of breast cancer. The women who consumed the most mushrooms, either fresh or dried had the lowest amount of breast cancer incidence. Even more interesting was the finding that women who consumed both green tea and mushroom had by far the lowest incidence of breast cancer in the study.
